The individual rooms are built in a wood construction. All holiday apartments are ready-to-use with a furnishing package that meets 4-star hotel standards. The furnishing styles of the suites include maritime, agricultural or nature themes. The living philosophy and warm furnishings are accentuated with black details and have a modern design with trendy accents.

two types
with various possibilities.
The two-bedroom units on the ground floor have a living area of about 68 m² (including loggia). On the upper and attic floors, three-bedroom maisonettes have been built with a size of about 88 m² including a loggia and gallery of 13 m².
The ground-floor apartments have a side terrace, and the maisonettes have a beautiful loggia and gallery. Access to the suites is barrier-free, and the upper floor is accessible by lift. Each residential unit is allocated a parking space.
