“Its robust architecture and materiality is modelled on the agricultural farm buildings of the area. The supporting structure consists of a wooden structure and is meant to be reminiscent of the post-and-beam construction of large stable buildings. Front balconies structure the facades of the longhouses, whose brick facades frame the buildings. The spacious flats are accessed via a central corridor characteristic of the building and offer residents a chalet atmosphere with stunning views of the surroundings.”
